Yes we make house calls! We work with you as a tutor/trainer at your home or office. We offer Convienent Macintosh Help in the Phoenix Valley wide Area. After one or more sessions at your location, I can also offer ongoing coaching and support via telephone and/or remote desktop, an application that allows me to work with you through your Mac while at my office. Remote desktop also enables me to provide online interactive tutoring in a virtual classroom -- from extended training sessions to brief "refreshers" that focus on one or two tasks at hand. For your independent study, I will recommend reading materials and tutorials -- online, in print, and in video.
